It will be the responsibility of the seller to complete the said plaza in two years. And so on, the paid installments will be paid by the buyer on time. And after receiving all the installments, the seller will be responsible for registering the buyer when the plaza is completed. And after deducting 30% of the amount paid by the buyer, the remaining amount will be refunded after the completion of the said plaza. And even after the completion of the said plaza, the seller will be responsible for the maintenance of the said plaza so that the said plaza will always be clean.
